The form is the faster route here. A bookkeeping question usually needs a look at the books before anyone can answer it honestly, and the form gets that started. Calls are welcome on weekdays if you would rather talk it through first.

What happens when you send a request
It reaches us and is passed to your bookkeeper the same day. Someone on their operations team reads it and replies within one business day, usually to set up a short call about the company: trade, crew, software, how you bid and bill, how far behind the books are. After that call they ask for access to the books and come back with a written assessment and a quote. Your details go to one firm, not a list.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but it makes the first conversation much shorter.
- Your trade or trades, and roughly how many people are on payroll or paid as subs
- What software the books are in now, if any, and what you run the field side in
- How many jobs are usually open at once, and whether any are commercial with retainage
- How far behind the books are, honestly: a month, a quarter, or a couple of years
- Whether there is a date in view: a tax deadline, a loan application, a bonding renewal
What can be settled quickly
Whether your bookkeeper works in your software and your state: yes to all current QuickBooks versions and most field tools, yes to every state. Whether a cleanup is possible by a given date: usually answerable once they have seen the bank statements. What the first month looks like: described on the home page and repeated on the call.
What cannot be settled without seeing the books is the price. A monthly figure depends on transaction volume, open jobs and payroll; a cleanup depends on how many months and how many accounts. A number quoted before anyone has looked is either padded for the worst case or wrong, so you will not get one here.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before a call connects. It is the recording-consent notice, and it plays on every call whichever state you are calling from. Recordings exist so a conversation about your books is not misremembered later, and for nothing else. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form and the reply comes the same way.

Common questions
Do I need to switch software?
Usually not. Your bookkeeper works in the books you have and fixes the structure rather than the product. The exception is a spreadsheet or a very old desktop file, where moving to a current version is part of the cleanup.
Will someone call me straight away?
Within one business day, by email or phone depending on what you asked for. Not instantly, and not by a sales team. The person replying is the one who will set up your file.
